The Borough, is an ambitious project featuring 2 Phases. Located on
2180 East Lawrence Ave, Dorset Park Neighbourhood. Est. Occupancy

Phase 1 consist of 2 towers, total of 385 units (studio - 3 bedrooms):
1) 21 storey condominium tower (Building A) anchored by a seven-storey
podium. Fronting the Birchmount Road stretch, this contemporary
